I am a Quality Control & Food Safety Engineer with practical experience in food manufacturing and laboratory analysis. I have worked on production lines, including pulp processing and aseptic filling, where I monitored product sterilization and ensured quality through Brix, pH, and acidity measurements. I am familiar with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards, and I am passionate about maintaining product quality, safety, and consistency. Support implementation of BRCGS and GMP requirements. Monitor production lines and verify GMP and sanitation compliance. Perform laboratory chemical analysis (PH, Brix, Acidity). Monitor and control HACCP system (CCP, OPRP). Inspect and release finished products according to specifications. Work on IQF strawberry line, monitoring final product temperature. Prepare and maintain QC reports and documentation. Monitored pulp line, ensuring sterilization and product quality. Supervised aseptic filling process to ensure product safety and proper packaging.
